We started in 2018 as a regional dispatch service in three states. Today we route same-day plumbing calls through a network of vetted, licensed contractors in 200+ U.S. cities.
The model is simple: you call our central number; our dispatcher (a licensed plumber, not a call-center rep) listens, diagnoses, and routes the job to the closest available crew. You get a flat-rate quote before any tools come out. If the price is fair, the work begins. If not, you owe nothing.
We screen every contractor in the network: active state license, $1M+ general liability, three-strike workmanship guarantee, and standardized pricing. The shops we work with want consistent volume. We give them that. You get a real plumber with a real warranty.
Most of our calls fall into four buckets: burst pipes and active leaks, drain and sewer clogs, water heater failures, and slab leak detection. We handle gas line, fixture work, and remodel plumbing too — just less often.
How we work
Step one: you call. The dispatcher asks where, what's happening, and how long it's been going on. They can tell you over the phone whether to shut your main, where your shutoff probably is, and how soon a truck can be there.
Step two: dispatch. We text you the tech's name and ETA. They arrive in marked trucks with credentials.
Step three: diagnosis and quote. The tech inspects, gives you a flat-rate number for the fix. Quote is good for 24 hours.
Step four: the work, if you approve. Most jobs done same-day. Permitting handled by us when required.
